Our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister, Barbara Broadwater Dickerman passed away peacefully surrounded by family November 11, 2007 following a long battle with lingering illnesses. She was born May 22, 1934 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Kenneth John and Ruth Pettit Broadwater. She married Frank A. Dickerman April 13, 1962 in Salt Lake City; he died September 21, 2007. Barbara was a wonderful mother and housewife. She enjoyed listening to KSL radio day and night. She was a huge Utah Jazz fan and a University of Utah sports fan. Survived by her daughter, Karen (Kim) Smedley; Jenny (Jason) Mitchell; granddaughters, Charease Turner and Chelsea Turner; great granddaughter, Suzi Anne Turner; and brother, Ray Broadwater. Preceded in death by parents and husband. The family would like to thank the Autumn Park Assisted Living for all of their care. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at the Lehi City Cemetery, 1100 No. 400 E.
