Jackie Lyn Mitchell

1972 – 2011

            Our loving daughter, sister, and friend, Jackie Lyn Mitchell passed away October 14, 2011 in Salt Lake City, UT after battling an aggressive and rare form of cancer.  She was born June 30, 1972 in Salt Lake City and raised by her mother and step-father, Karin Clayton and John “Jack” Coult.

            Jackie spent her time caring for others.  She enjoyed camping, water skiing, kids, and collecting M & M memorabilia and unicorns.

            Survived by her parents, Karin and Jack Coult; brothers, Terry and Danny Clayton; uncles, Dennis, Skip, and Brent Clayton; and a step-brother, Steven Coult.

            Preceded in death by her grandparents.

            The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Huntsman Cancer Institute for all the help and care they provide.
