Julie Ann Petty

1959 – 2010

            Our precious mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister, Julie Ann Petty passed away November 12, 2010 after many years of battling health problems.  She has now gone home to meet and be with many loved ones.

            Julie was born June 1, 1959 in Murray Utah to William Porter and Marjorie Worthen Petty.  She was a member of the LDS Church, and loved reading her scriptures and learning about the Savior.  Her grandchildren were very special to her, and she loved spending time with them baking cookies and doing crafts on their sleep over visits.

            She touched our lives in so many ways, she will be truly missed.

            She is survived by her daughter, Jessica (Troy) Robinson; son, Nick Kohler; mother; grandchildren, Christian, Devon, and Braxton; brothers and sisters, Doug Petty, Jan Waller, Susan (Tod) Packer, Dorothy Chamberlain, Bill (Sally) Petty Jr., and Sheila Pettypool; and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

            Preceded in death by her father.

            Funeral services will be held 12 noon Thursday, November 18, 2010 at the Kearns East Stake Center, 4251 W. 4715 S., where friends and family may call Thursday 11-11:45 a.m.  Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.  Online condolences: www.peelfuneralhome.com
