WILLIAM FRANCIS KEMP
William Francis Kemp died March 11, 2012 in West Valley City, Utah.
Born in Magna Utah 4/23/1924 to George Frederick and Laura Louise Butt
Kemp. Bill attended Cyprus High
School. At age 17 he joined the
U.S. Navy and served in the south Pacific.
He married Mable Jean Bezzant June 4, 1948, later sealed in the Salt Lake
Temple. Bill was a friendly and
outgoing person serving in many positions, including church and union offices.
Survived by spouse Mable Jean and children:
Kathie Schwab, Trudy Darrington (Allan); and Kirt Kemp; 7 Grandchildren
and 7 Great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11 am, Monday March 19, 2012 at the Pleasant Green
Chapel, 8739 West 3000 South, Magna. Visitations will be 5-7 pm, Sunday March
18, 2012, at Peel Funeral Home,
8525 West 2700 South, Magna and 10-10:45 am prior to services at the church.
