Barbara Jean Gonzales passed away January 10, 2016. She was born in Provo, UT on October 30, 1950. Barbara loved camping and fishing, and loved spending time with her loving husband, Richard and her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, Richard; children, Chad (Shelly), VaNika (Curtis), Marci (Cory), Andrew (Christina); 11 grandchildren; siblings, Lorene Skenner, Paul & Bruce Gibbons. Preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Glenn and Emma Lou Slagowski; brother, David Gibbons; and sister, Emma Ann Slagowski.
We want to give our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Jane MacPherson; nurse, Jennifer Demko; and the hospice staff.
Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Pleasant Green Cemetery, 9200 W. 3500 S. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Huntsman Cancer Institute. Online condolences: www.peelfuneralhome.com
