Brian Craig Richards
1974 ~ 2021
On July 1, 2021, Brian Craig Richards, much loved son, brother, grandson, uncle, nephew, and friend, passed unexpectedly from this life. We know Brian was welcomed into the next life by the loving, outstretched arms of his sweet Mama & big brother Paul.
Brian was born January 26, 1974, the 4th of 8 children, to David and Ann Richards.
He grew up in Magna, Utah, and graduated from Cyprus High School.
Brian was a sweet, funny, curious, and loving child who grew into an amazing, kind, and compassionate man with a huge heart.
He was never afraid of hard work and was the first in line to help someone in need.
He was known for his mischievous side, complete with his trademark, impish grin. He was always quick with a playful joke or some good-natured teasing. He had a contagious smile and was so much fun to be around. Brian was the life of the party and made sure that everyone had a good time when he was around.
Brian was a big kid at heart, and he shared a very special love with his many nieces and nephews. He always found time to spend with them, and they loved the time they shared with Uncle Bri.
He had a larger-than-life personality, fueled by an amazing sense of humor that was blended with his genuine silliness. He takes with him a heart of gold and leaves behind a friendship with everyone he met.
Brian always had a deep love for his family and never missed an opportunity to tell them so or show them with a giant hug.
Like so many of us, Brian had his personal struggles in this life. We are so very proud of the progress he made and are blessed and proud that he’s part of our family. Our hearts are heavy and broken now that he is gone.
Brian, you are so dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
Please celebrate your reunion with Mom and Paul. We are grateful that you have found peace.
Brian was preceded in death by his mother, Vay Ann Richards (Beagley), his oldest brother, Paul Richards, and grandparents Glen & Maxine Richards and Vayomi Beagley.
