Cecilia George

Cecilia Sawyer George, mother to three sons and six grandchildren, passed away on September 6, 2025. 

Cecilia was a good Christian woman who lived and died by Christian values of kindness to your neighbor, forgiveness to others, and most of all respect for each other. She was an ambitious person with a strong work ethic, worked hard to achieve her goals, and took care of her sons and grandchildren.

She will be missed and is forever in our hearts as we carry on.

Come join us to celebrate her life and achievements in this world. We will be adding a zoom link for this event for those who can't be there in person.

A funeral will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the LDS Chapel at 1325 W. 5550 S., Taylorsville, UT. There will be no viewing before the funeral. Interment at Elysian Burial Gardens following the funeral.
