Christie Lynn Crank (Phillips)

1968-2010

Christie Lynn Crank, 41 yrs old passed away in her sleep on April 12, 2010. She returned home to the loving arms of her Heavenly Father and her earthly dad.

Born to SSGT Bobbie Eugene and Shirley Marlene Machen Crank July 25, 1968 at Whiteman A.F.B., Missouri; she graduated from Cyprus High School 1986, and then received her Associates of Science from Phillips Jr. College 1994. She was on the Presidents list and Deans list.

She loved her family, friends, and nieces and nephews but most of all her dog Shadow.  She loved to go and hang out with her friends and sing karaoke. She had an amazing talent for painting, writing, and having a sincere listening ear for others.  She will be truly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

She is survived her mother, Shirley Marlene Crank; siblings, Michael (Carol) Crank, Scotty (Pattye) Crank, Kelly Sue (James) Pyper, Terry Ann (Quint) Whitby, and Shawn (Melissa) Crank; 25 nieces & nephews; 12 Great nieces & nephews; and ex-husbands, Troy McCleery and Charles Aaron Phillips.

She was preceded in Death by her father; grandparents; and half brother, Bobbie Jr.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, April 15, 2010 at the Magna Central Stake Center, 8181 W. 3320 S., where friends and family may call 10-10:45 a.m. before services.  Interment: Pleasant Green Cemetery.  Online condolences: www.peelfuneralhome.com
