D. Gilbert

Donald Wayne Gilbert passed away August 12, 2014 in West Valley City, UT. He was born August 15, 1936 in Fort Benning, GA to Arthur and Pauline Gilbert. He loved playing and coaching sports, and making music. Wayne spent his last few years visiting with the Neighborhood House where they provided support and love. He is survived by his brother, Mel Gilbert; sisters, Velda McDonald and Melody Rosenwinkle; sons, Dan (Lorrie), Dru (Tami), and David (Kim); 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Lawrence.

A viewing will be held Friday, August 15, 2014 from 7-9 p.m. at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. 2700 S. Private interment.
