It gives us great pain and sorrow to say goodbye to Damien Evans, loving dad, son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.
He is survived by his daughter, Infinity; his parents, Steve, Sue and Karie; his siblings, Dominique, and Derek; his step-siblings, Geromiah, Cammie, and Gary; two grandmothers, Jannett and Nelda; and many nieces and nephews.
There will be a “Celebration Of Life” on Wednesday, September 09, 2020 at Murray Park 495 East 5300 South SLC, UT. Pavillion #1 from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. where all will be welcome to come and share memories, condolences, and friendship. It will be a “Potluck”. We hope to see you there!
