Edward McCauley, 69, passed away on April 20th, 2025 in West Valley City, UT.

He was born on July 14th, 1955, in Salt Lake City to Kenneth and Laurel Silotti McCauley.

Eddy loved being outdoors camping, fishing, hunting, etc. He loved going to family gatherings or anything that involved being around his loved ones. He enjoyed watching WWE wrestling and had a passion for Harley Davidsons. We love you and we are going to miss you very much.

Survived by: Children: Kenny McCauley, Christy McCauley, Micheal McCauley, Mandi (Eddy) Chavez, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, siblings: Ken McCauley (Jonnie), Larry McCauley (Pam), Star Graves (Riley), Pat McCauley, LaRene Hansen, (Phillip), Kim Leonard (Doug), and his dog Davidson.

Preceded in death by: Parents Kenneth Paul McCauley and Laurel Silotti McCauley, great grandson Jake Jay Violet, Sister Laura Lee, brother-in-law Boyd Rosenlund, brother Dick McCauley, and his dog Harley.

Funeral Services: The viewing will be held at the Peel Funeral Home on Friday May 2nd, 2025, from 10am-12pm and the funeral from 12-1pm. The graveside service will be held at Pleasant Green Cemetery from at 1:30pm followed by a celebration of life at Magna Copper Park 8975 West 2600 South, Magna UT 84044 (west pavilion). This will be a potluck, so bring your favorite dish.
