Faye Ann Crawley Sisam died June 29, 2012.  Born April 19, 1936 to Irvin S. and Leah D Crawley in Salt Lake City, UT.  She married Murry Sproul Jr.; later divorced.  Married Arthur E. Sisam.  She is preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters; 1 brother; her son, Steven Sproul; and husband, Art.  Survived by her children, Murry (Lee) Sproul, Dale (Janis) Sproul, Beverly (Rick) Williams, and Chris Sisam; 23 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 12 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at the Taylorsville 4 ^th , 4310 South 3200 West, where friends and family may call Tuesday 10-11:45 a.m.  prior to services.  Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery.  Online condolences: www.peelfuneralhome.com
