Felipe, de 72 años, falleció inesperadamente el 21 de Abril de 2024 en Magna, Utah. Nació el 1 de Mayo de 1951 en la Ciudad de México, hijo de Zenón Pérez y Rosa Morales. Felipe se casó con María Elva Cisneros en el mes de Septiembre de 1974 en Santa María, México; juntos, hicieron de Utah su hogar donde criaron a sus cinco hermosos Hijos. Felipe valoraba profundamente a su familia, era un hombre muy cariñoso y amable. Encontraba un inmenso placer en viajar, especialmente a su tierra natal del Distrito Federal Ciudad de México. Sirvió con orgullo como un dedicado oficial de policía en la Ciudad de México. Amaba la naturaleza, disfrutaba de la cazaría y le tenía un gran amor a sus armas de fuego y su colección de armas. 

La cocina también era un pasatiempo querido, especialmente cuando se trataba de crear sus deliciosas salsas.

 

Felipe era nuestro querido narrador de historias familiares y será profundamente extrañado.

 

A Felipe lo sobreviven su esposa, Maria Elva; hijos, Felipe Jr. (Cassidy), Ismael (Nichole), Alejandro (Darlene), Valentín y Nephi; nietos Megan, Kaitlan, Carter, Anice, Nathaniel (Leslie), Briseis (Zachary) y Anaya; y varios familiares y amigos.

 

Sus Servicios Funerarios serán el Lunes 29 de Abril de 2024, en la Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, 257 North 700 West Salt Lake City, Utah. Se llevará a cabo un servicio de velorio de las 10:00 a.m a 11:00 a.m., seguido por los servicios funerarios, junto con una comida en el Parque Jordan de las 12:30 p.m a 3:30 p.m.

Felipe, 72, passed away unexpectedly on April 21, 2024, in Magna, Utah. He was born on May 1, 1951, in Mexico City, to Zenon Perez and Rosa Morales. Felipe married Maria Elva Cisneros in September of 1974 in Santa Maria, Mexico; together, they made Utah their home where they raised their five sons. Felipe cherished his family deeply. He found immense pleasure in traveling, especially to his native land of Mexico. He proudly served as a dedicated police officer and took pride in his work. He loved the outdoors, delighted in hunting, and had a keen interest in firearms. Cooking was also a beloved pastime, particularly when it came to crafting delicious salsas. 

 

Felipe was our beloved family storyteller and will be deeply missed. 

 

Felipe is survived by his wife, Maria Elva; sons, Felipe Jr. (Cassidy), Ismael (Nichole), Alejandro (Darlene), Valentin, and Nephi grandchildren, Megan, Kaitlan, Carter, Anice, Nathaniel (Leslie), Briseis (Zachary) and Anaya; and numerous family and friends.

 

Funeral Services: Monday April 29, 2024, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church 257 North 700 West Salt Lake City, Utah. Where a viewing service will be held 10:00am - 11:00am, a funeral mass at 11:00am, along with a luncheon at Jordan Park from 12:30pm-3:30pm.
