"We will miss you dad"

On March 31, 2011, Dad passed away at his daughters home surrounded by family and friends. He was born on October 17, 1941 to Oscar & Minnetta Thompson.

Dad retired from Kennecott Copper where he made many lifelong friends. After dad's divorce he married Karen L Rigby in 2003.

Dad is survived by wife, Karen; 2 daughters, Shelly (Brook) and Robin (Jeff); 2 step kids, Theresa (Mitch) and David (Karon); 9 grandkids; 5 great grandkids; brother, Garn; and sisters, Fay & Isabelle.

Preceded in death by parents, 2 brothers, and 2 sisters.

THANK YOU to all family & friends who helped make Dads last days the happiest, especially Pat, Mitch, Theresa, Frederick & his wife, Karen.  He will always be your husband, dad, & grandfather.  "We all love you dad."
