Magna, UT – Our devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Geniel P. Conti, 83, passed away peacefully at home on January 11, 2016. She was born May 22, 1932 in Salt Lake City, Utah to John William and Ida Ruby Woolsey Park. Geniel graduated from Murray High School.  She married James Conti November 26, 1955. Geniel was a member of the Catholic Church. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Her husband of 59 ½ years died on July 11, 2015 exactly 6 months to the day of Geniel’s passing. She was a loving mother and focused on her family while being a fun grandma to her grandchildren.

Geniel is survived by her children; Shauna (Scott) Beckwith, Jim T., Cheri (Mike) Mills, Ron (April) Conti, grandchildren; Jared, Michael Mills, Staci, Danny Conti, Stuart, Shandi Beckwith, brothers; Joe, Glen Park, sisters; Ruby Jeffries, Carole Sorenson and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers; Ray, Ivan, John, Jay park, sister, Louis Lind.

A viewing will be held 10-12:30 pm Saturday January 16, 2016 at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W 2700 S, Magna. Graveside services will be 1 pm at the Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 W 4100 S.
