Harlland LaRoy Wiley

Harlland Laroy Wiley “Harley” was a tough, passionate man and beloved father who sought through his life goals and surpassed them in every way. He rejoined his parents and older sister on April 27th, 2026, surrounded by many friends and family.

He was born on December 3rd, 1970, and grew up in a small neighborhood known as Chesterfield. Having inherited Osteogenesis Imperfecta, he faced many challenges during his childhood. Despite this, he was a thrill-seeker, engaging in many activities, such as bike-riding, and driving off-road in his truck. He may have broken every bone in his body, but it never stopped him from doing what he loved.

Harley was an avid gamer, even before modern day home consoles or the internet. He enjoyed classics played on NES and continued to conquer each of the new games that came with advancing technology.

One of his favorite things to do with friends was to power on his console and play couch co-op together. Later in his life, he was always there for his friends when they needed him, and even when he was not always in the best condition, he would still hang out and shoot the breeze with them.

He is preceded in death by his father, Clifford, mother Bonnie, and sister Wendi, He is survived by sister Cindy, his son Dominick, stepsons Darius, Tyrese, and Milo, as well as many nieces, and nephews.

His viewing will be held on May 11th, 2026 at the Peel Funeral Home from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and his service will be held at the same place on the same day from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. He has done an incredible service to everyone he has met, unknowingly or otherwise, and he will be deeply missed by all of them.
