Harvey Fairbourn

Our loving husband, father, grandfather H. Keith Fairbourn passed away peacefully January 22, 2015 while surrounded by his family. Keith was born January 3, 1928 in Hunter, Utah to Harvey H. and Blanche Jones Fairbourn. He married his sweetheart Betty Bevan November 17, 1950 in the Salt Lake Temple and just celebrated their 64th anniversary. Keith graduated from Cyprus High School and then entered the Navy and served during World War II. He retired from AMOCO Oil Company after over 30 years of service. Keith loved to go camping with his family and was a rock hound. He had a loving nature and was known for his great sense of humor. He was an active member of the LDS church and held many callings.Keith is survived by his wife, sons; Scott (Sue), Douglas (Karen), Brian, 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Jeffery, grandson, Gregory, great great granddaughter, Kaida, 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Funeral services will be held 11 am, Monday January 26, 2015 at the Brookhaven Ward, 4980 W 3285 S, WVC. Visitations will be 6-8 pm Sunday January 25, 2015 at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W 2700 S, Magna and at the church on Monday 10-10:45 am prior to services. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
