Holly Nicole Monk Carges passed away unexpectedly on July 16, 2014 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She was born May 25, 1980 to Tom Monk and Charmaine Fitzsimmons. She is survived by her parents, Tom (Kathie) Monk and Charmiane Fitzsimmons; longtime companion, Clinton J. "C.J." Mullins; daughter, Tristyn; son, Casey; two step-daughters, Halie and Mariah; brother, Chad; sisters, Ashley and Jessica; niece, Ariyah; and nephew, Justice. We love and miss you, Holly.

Family and friends may come to a viewing from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. 2700 S., Magna. Private interment. A memorial fund has been set up for donation at any Chase Bank in Holly's name.
