Jason Matthew DiBello

On June 7th at 9:40 A.M. Jason Matthew DiBello passed away peacefully in his sleep at his sister's home surrounded by his children, grandchildren, wonderful caring wife to be, Denise Michelle Okstveit and his loving sister, Kim Wright & brother-in-law, Steve Wright.

Jason was born on December 15th 1973. He is the Father to Nicholas Duane Dibello, Autumn Star Dibello, Alisha Chivers, and Savanna Peterson. His grandchildren, Natalia Ann Dibello, Isaac Dibello, and Mason Dibello. Had many nephews and nieces. Jason was a wonderful person.

Jason lived on his own terms. He refused to be put in a box. He would always say, "you cant squeeze blood out of a rock." Even till the every end he refused to be on terms that wasn't his own. He always seemed to make everyone laugh and was the life of the party. There was no moment with Jason that was dull. He made the best out of every moment that he could. Not wasting anytime gathering his friends around a fire playing music he was deeply passionate about and telling stories and getting into deep intellectual conversations with his family and friends. Always crazy about his crossword puzzles. Loved to learn and expand his knowledge. He was loved by everyone that he met. Loved them back ten fold. Music was his life. He was truly gifted with the guitar. He would plug in that guitar and listen to a song, stop play it on his for a second, figuring it all out by ear in just minutes. Jason Could play anything. Making an impact on those around him with his music was important to him. But More importantly he was just all around a great friend. Leaving a huge positive impact on everyone's lives around him. Jason was truly a prized one of a kind soul and he will always be remembered for the love that he gave everyone.

Jasons time here with us was a gift and the moments he left behind treasures. Always remembered, always loved, always with us. Rest in peace Jason Matthew Dibello, "I'm gonna start swingin!!!"
