Dwain Jay Doty, 72, of Kearns, Utah passed away 01/05/2016. He was born 12/24/1943. Preceded in death by his mom, Ermine and his father, Lester. Survived by his brother, Floyd (Karen) Doty; his sister, Janet Moser; oldest son, Chad (Tammy) Doty and their children, Samantha & Mercede Schneider, Ashley, Evan & Destiny Doty, Chad Jr (Stephanie) Doty and grandson, Easton; son, Jeramie (Danette) Doty and their children, Thomas and Bobby Doty, Mercedes (Trevor) Jessup and grandson, Lee.
