“Joe” (POSH)

Jose “Joe” Edwardo Torres (POSH) passed away on May 6, 2016. He was born on August 22, 1966 to Eluid and Perlinda Maez Torres. Preceded in death by Clyde Max Torres and Eva Torres. Joe is survived by 5 brothers; Paul, Gene (Anna), Sam (Teresa), Robert (Sandra), Andy, 3 sisters; Rita (Paul) Martinez, Edna (Bobby) Martinez, Lori (Robert) Jacquez and many nephews and nieces.

Joe loved being around family and friends, the more the merrier, as far as Joe was concerned. Joe’s passion was, of course, his “Fishing”. Day or night he would be there. He also loved camping, hunting, family gatherings and all outdoor activities.

Joe was loved by many and will be truly missed. He was a wonderful, loving, kind and generous son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. We love you Joe, Rest in peace, God Bless.

Funeral services will be held 11 am May 14, 2016 at the Magna Christian Church, 8697 W. 2700 S., Magna. A viewing will be 10 – 11 am prior to services. Interment: Pleasant Green Cemetery.
