Kelvin Blake Erickson

(Baby Boy)

Kelvin, 38, passed away on December 19, 2025, in Murray, UT, peacefully in his sleep. Kelvin was born on November 12, 1987, in West Valley to Lynn and Lynda Erickson. Kelvin’s special spirit brought lots of love and joy to our family. Kelvin was an amazing son, brother, uncle, and friend; his absence will be felt by many. 

Growing up, Kelvin attended several schools and graduated from Pleasant Grove High School. Kelvin loved so many things and enjoyed sharing them with everyone he met. Some of his favorites were amusement parks, riding the Zipper, Disneyland, Belle and Snow White, camping, gas stoves, Christmas, along with wearing his Santa hat, building and construction, his birthday and telling everyone how old he was, the 4th of July, and lighting fireworks. He loved coming home every weekend and taking care of his dog, Fancy. 

As sad as we are about Kelvin’s passing, we are happy that his mind and body can finally be whole through the power of our Savior’s atonement, and can’t wait to meet and be with him in the eternities. 

Kelvin is survived by his parents, Lynn and Lynda Erickson; siblings, Raylyn (Ian) McNeal,and Peter (Valene) Erickson. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fritz and Beth Erickson, and Owen and Larae Herron. 

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at the Lakeridge 4th Ward, 8059 W. 2700 S., Magna, UT. Viewing 10:00 -11:45 am with the funeral to follow at 12:00 pm.
