Leni da Silva Carvalho

The Heavens have been anxiously anticipating her arrival, and on July 11th, 2021, at her home in West Valley City, Utah, Leni passed away due to Cancer. Leni da Silva Carvalho, 70 years old, was born September 23,1950 in Corumba, Mato Grosso, Brazil to parents Oscar Baptista de Carvalho and Helena dos Santos Carvalho. Her happy and caring nature left a permanent mark on all who knew her. Throughout her life she continued to improve on her many seen and unseen talents. She touched many lives with her paintings and most importantly she touched many hearts with her gifts of love and faith. Now, free from this mortal life, with her talents undoubtedly multiplied an hundred-fold; Leni shares her gifts with the angels in Heaven.
Leni is survived by her devoted husband: Claudio da Silva Carvalho; her children: Alexandre da Silva Carvalho, Claudia Carvalho Perry, Lucia Carvalho Fitisemanu, and Gabriel da Silva Carvalho; Siblings: Leda Carvalho Chapman, Lucia Maria Gledhill, Lilian dos Santos Carvalho and Levi Andre dos Santos Carvalho; and 7 grandchildren Sarah and Elana Carvalho, Gabrielle and Alexandra Fitisemanu, John Perry, and Noah and Oliver Carvalho. She was preceded in death by her parents Oscar and Helena, her brother Luis Alberto and grandson Joseph.
Gather with us for a celebration of her life before peacefully laying her body to rest; while she is received in heaven unencumbered by the limitations of this world.
Services will be held on Thursday, July 15th, 2021 at the church building on 3970 South 5200 West, West Valley City, Utah
Visitation (Closed Casket): 10:00 to 10:45 am in the Relief Society room.
Funeral Service: 11:00 am in the Chapel.

No dia 11 de julho de 2021, foi recebida com júbilo no paraíso, nossa querida Leni da Silva Carvalho, que agora, no céu, com os anjos, recebe multiplicada a merecida recompensa de suas boas obras terrenas. Leni faleceu de câncer em casa, em West Valley, Utah, aos 70 anos de idade.
Nascida em 23 de setembro de 1950, em Corumbá, Mato Grosso, filha de Oscar Baptista de Carvalho e Helena dos Santos Carvalho (ambos já falecidos), Leni, será lembrada sua natureza alegre e carinhosa deixou uma marca indelével na vida de todos a seu redor. Ao longo da vida, Leni dedicou-se a desenvolver seus muitos talentos terrenos e dons espirituais.
Ficam saudosos o viúvo Cláudio da Silva Carvalho e seus filhos: Alexandre da Silva Carvalho, Cláudia Carvalho Perry, Lúcia Carvalho Fitisemanu e Gabriel da Silva Carvalho; as irmãs: Lêda Carvalho Chapman, Lúcia Maria Gledhill e Lilian dos Santos Carvalho; irmao Levi Andre dos Santos Carvalho; e os sete netos: Sarah e Elana Carvalho, Gabrielle e Alexandra Fitisemanu, John Perry, Noah e Oliver Carvalho. Leni tinha ainda um irmão, Luís, e um neto, Joseph, ambos já falecidos.
O funeral e tributo à vida de Leni será realizado na quinta-feira, dia 15 de julho de 2021, na Igreja situada em 3970 South 5200 West, West Valley City, Utah. O sepultamento será realizado em seguida no Cemitério Pleasant Green em Magna, Utah.
Velório (Caixão Fechado): das10h às 10h45 da manhã na sala da Sociedade de Socorro.
Serviço Fúnebre: 11h no salão sacramental.
