Margean C. Bezzant

1948 - 2011

Our beautiful and amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Margean Bezzant, passed away on April 14, 2011, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born December 5, 1948, in Gunnison, Utah to Alcied Vernon and Odette Forsyth Christensen.  She grew up in Salt Lake City and graduated from Skyline High School.  She also attended the University of Utah.  She raised her family in Magna.  She later married the love of her life, Douglas Scott Bezzant, on November 27, 1982.  Together they formed a beautiful family of five daughters.

Marge worked for Zions Bank for more than 35 years.  She was loved and respected by the whole community.  She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served in many callings.

Margean was talented in many ways.  Her craft and sewing projects are enjoyed by many.  She loved creating beauty all around her.  She loved going down to Wayne County with her family and riding the 4-wheelers.  Her greatest joy in life was as a mother and grandmother.  She was the most giving, loving person you would ever want to meet.

She is survived by her loving husband Doug, of 28 years, her daughters, Angela Daybell Marchant (Paul), Kimberlee Daybell Allen (Mont), Brooke Bezzant Tabor, Kimberlee Bezzant Sylvester and Tiffany Daybell, her grandchildren: Gregory, Christopher, Nicholas, Hailey, Allyson, Shilee, Madison, and Brody; sisters Montez (Alden) VanDyke and Marie (Gary) Tracy; numerous aunts, uncles, sisters and brothers-in-law, cousins, nephews, nieces and good friends.

Preceded in death by her parents, Alcied V. Christensen and Odette Christensen Martin and her brother, Charles Christensen.

"Mom, your life touched us all.  We will love and miss you forever."

Funeral services will be held 12 noon Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at the Magna Central Stake Center, 8181 W. 3320 S.  Friends and family may call Monday 6-8 p.m. at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. 2700 S., and Tuesday 11-11:45 a.m. at the church.  Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.  Online condolences: www.peelfuneralhome.com
