Marilyn Fjeldsted

Marilyn Fjeldsted was born June 10, 1950, and passed away surrounded by family on July 16, 2023, at the age of 73. She was our loving and caring mother, grandmother and aunt.

Marilyn loved reading and worked in libraries surrounded by books. She was always ready with tissues, mints and caramel candies. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She also loved animals and couldn’t have a meal without sharing with each one.

She is survived by her two sons, David Ogden, Dustin Ogden; daughter, Melissa Ogden; daughter in law, Marife Ogden; niece, Anna Jacobson; 7 grandchildren, Dylan Asay, Zachary Asay, Trevor Asay, Dustin Matteo Ogden, Isaiah Ventura-Smith, Keona Ventura-Smith; and beloved dog, Skippy. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Donna Jacobson.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 6-8 p.m. at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. Magna Main St.
