Patrick Salazar

Pat Salazar passed away peacefully on May 25, 2022 at the age of 68. Pat is survived by his three sisters and three brothers: Filey (Roy) Grieg, Rita (Mike) Coon, Mary (Peaches) Norwood, Alex (Paulette) Salazar, Danny (Wendy) Salazar and Leo (Anne) Salazar. He is preceded in death by his parents: Pete and Dora Salazar and four sisters: Peggy, Tabey, Liz, and Lorraine, and his special nephew Jordan.

Pat was a caring uncle to his many nieces and nephews. He was a brother who always kept the family on their toes with his jokes and stories. He worked at the Kennecott Refinery for 34 years where he made many friends. Pat enjoyed fishing, watching all kinds of sports and being on his ATV.

 A special thanks to Leo Jr. and Belia Salazar for opening their home where Uncle Pat spent his final days surrounded by loved ones.

A graveside service will be held at Pleasant Green Cemetery (9200 W 3500 So.) on June 18, 2022 at 11:00 am.
