Rosalia (Rose) Gutierrez 1935-2025

Our beloved mother, grandmother and sister Rosalia (Rose) Gutierrez passed away on December 31st , 2025, at home in Albuquerque, NM with her loving daughter Carol by her side.

She was born on March 25th, 1935, in Dolores Co to Estefanitia Valencia Velasquez and Jose Velasquez.

Rose married the love of her life William (Bill) Gutierrez on February 9th, 1952, in Blanco, NM.

Rose is survived by her children Leo (Jane), Carol (Kim), Joey, Alvin, Stephan, Shanice Devon and Andrew Gutierrez.

Sisters Eugenia Sisneros and brother MartinVelasquez.

Rose is proceeded in death by her husband Bill Guiterrez, her parents, sons Billy and Edward (Bobo) Gutierrez daughter Louisa (Tita) Gutierrez. Great grandson LaTrell Gutierrez and great granddaughter Mi’Ki Garza Brothers Dennis, Manuelito, and Jose Ramon Velasquez and sisters Melannia (Millie)Villapando and Bernice Lobato.

Rose is in the care of Peel Funeral Home.
