Scott L Jensen, age 54, died December 9, 2014 in Salt Lake City, UT. Born April 29, 1960 in Salt Lake City to Lester D Jensen and Carol Jean Burke Jensen. He attended Murray High School. He enjoyed athletics, football, basketball, baseball and especially golf. Survived by daughter, Ashley Anne Jensen; son, Randall Levi Jensen; step-son, Jacob Scott Warr; father and stepmother, Lester Dee (Susan Anne) Jensen, Mesa, Arizona; mother, Carol Jean Keller, Chandler, Arizona; brother, Steven Rick (Barbara) Jensen, Mesa, Arizona; and sister, Kathy Lyn Jensen (Ken) Howe. His younger brother, Randall Dee Jensen preceded Scott in death in 1984.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, December 14, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. 2700 S., Magna. Private interment. Online condolences: www.peelfuneralhome.com
