Steven Raymond Jolley

October 22, 1970 – January 19, 2026

Steven Jolley passed away peacefully in his sleep on January 19, 2026. 

He is survived by his children, Jonathan, Aaron, and Sage, five grandchildren, his loving parents, Ken and Juanita McCauley, and brother and sisters Teresa (Chris) Aguiar, Rick (Heidi) McCauley,  Katie Jolley, Virginia Lopez (Adam), and many nephews, nieces, and extended family.  

He is proceeded in death by the love of his life, Christie Dawn Johnson - Jolley, his beloved Grandmother (Celia Valencia), and his father Steven Russell Jolley.

Steve was a hardworking ironworker for local 27 and proudly carried on the Jolley family trade, earning his journeyman status through grit and perseverance at a young age. He found peace in the outdoors and loved gardening, horses, boating, camping, and hunting.

Above all, Steve loved spending time with his family. He was a devoted father and a steady presence not only to his own children, but to many others who found welcome and belonging in his home. He had a generous heart and a soft spot for those he loved, and never stopped loving and missing Christy.

Steve faced many hardships throughout his life with resilience and determination. In the end, after a long and courageous battle, cancer claimed his life. He is now free from pain and at peace.

Steve will be remembered for his authenticity, fun-loving spirit, kindness, and the deep love he had for his family. He was dearly loved and will be profoundly missed.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at Peel Funeral Home.
