Susan Sarah Anderson

Susan Anderson was born on April 23rd, 1958 and passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 21st, 2026.

Susan was survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Richard Anderson; her children: Richard (Alisha), Jon Young, Jen (James), Amanda (Roger), and Rachel (Dan). She was a loving grandmother to: Ausha, Chaz, Aliya, Jaren, Jordyn, Max, and Alex, and a proud great-grandmother to: Julian and Steele.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Max and Connie Bigler, and her sister, Marilyn Adams.

Susan had a kind and generous heart that left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She loved animals deeply, especially her beloved kitties, and was truly a people person who could talk with anyone and make them feel at ease. Susan was known for her quick wit and sharp sense of humor, always ready with a clever remark that brought laughter into any room. She also had a natural talent and passion for makeup and skincare, and she found joy in helping others feel confident and beautiful.

Above all, Susan loved her family with her whole heart. She will be remembered for her bright smile, warm presence, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. She cherished time with her children and grandchildren and never let a moment pass without showing her affection—always leaving behind her signature lipstick as a lasting reminder of her love. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 28, 2026. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with funeral service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Peel Funeral Home, 8525 W. Magna Main St., Magna, UT 84044.

Interment will follow at 2:00 PM at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. 106 S., Sandy, UT 84092.
