Bailey Monson

Bailey Ann Monson, age 13, earned her angel wings unexpectedly on May 24th, 2020 surrounded by family and friends. Bailey spent her last days vacationing in Oregon making memories that will be cherished by her family forever.

She is survived by her loving parents Mindy, Montana and Katie, her best friends and siblings, Cory, Devery, and Tatem, her many aunts, uncles, and cousins, and her grandparents Clay and Mindi stokes, Britt McCarty, Scott Mortensen, Phoebe and Conan Monson, Ron and Tiffany McCarty, and Don and Vickie Miller. Preceded in death by Grandma Sheila Stokes.

Bailey loved playing lacrosse, doing hair, taking a million silly selfies and videos, being with her friends and of course her cell phone. You wouldn’t catch her leaving the house without her favorite ring and bracelets, black jeans with a million holes, and her stinky vans. She had a giggle that was contagious, the most beautiful brown eyes and despite everyone’s pleads she was constantly dying her gorgeous red hair all sorts of crazy colors. Bailey’s carefree, loving nature made her such a light in everyone’s lives which will live on within each of us forever.

Private visitation Friday, May 29th and private service Saturday, May 30th.  Private interment Hyrum City Cemetery
