1944 ~ 2021
Linda T. Densley was born in Santaquin, Utah on the 15th of March 1944 to Henry and Shirley Wright Taylor. She was the oldest of three children. She spent her childhood in Santaquin and Nephi. Linda’s family moved to Magna when she was fifteen.
While attending Cyprus High School she met the love of her life, Mack Densley. They were married on the 3rd of November 1962. They were later sealed for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple. They were blessed with two sons, Eric and Bryan.
Linda loved to gather with family and friends every year for “deer camp” and “soup night”. Her mother taught her to crochet and she made many beautiful afghan blankets for her family. She was very proud of both her sons and cherished her grandchildren. Linda worked at JCPenney for 10 years, she then moved to the University Hospital billing office where she remained for the next 25 years before retiring. After she retired, she spent quality time with her beloved parents and Mack. She joined Daughters of Utah Pioneers along with her Mom. She also enjoyed monthly lunches with her Mom and friends at Jim’s Restaurant.
Linda was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serving in many different callings. She and Mack served two senior service missions for the Church.
Linda passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on the 25th of August 2021 at the age of 77. She is survived by her husband, Mack, her two sons Eric (Wendy), Bryan (Brenda), brothers John (Sydney), Brent (Deborah), 4 grandchildren (Jessyca, Aaron, Paige and Shelby), 8 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, several nephews, nieces, cousins and her fur baby Tink.
Graveside services will be held 12 noon Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at the Vine Bluff Cemetery, 1200 N. 400 E. Nephi, UT.
