I worked with Bob at UDOT a little bit.   It was a pleasure to have known him.

This song makes me think of Dad 😌💜

Wildflowers by Tom Petty

You belong among the wildflowers
You belong in a boat out at sea
Sail away, kill off the hours
You belong somewhere you feel free
Run away, find you a lover
Go away somewhere all bright and new
I have seen no other
Who compares with you
You belong among the wildflowers
You belong in a boat out at sea
You belong with your love on your arm
You belong somewhere you feel free
Run away, go find a lover
Run away, let your heart be your guide
You deserve the deepest of cover
You belong in that home by and by
You belong among the wildflowers
You belong somewhere close to me
Far away from your trouble and worries
You belong somewhere you feel free
You belong somewhere you feel free

I didn't know Robert, but Jocelynne is a good friend and I am thinking of her right now and the rest of their family. I hope this tree grows big and strong in memory of him.

It hurts my heart to hear of your loss.  Bob is such a good, down to earth and fun guy.  I really enjoyed working with him at UDOT and I imagine he has left behind an equally incredible family.
